We all know the of Chupacabra right?! Well, meet the Kimchi Cabra, of your dreams! This sauce is savory and funky yet fresh with the combination of Fresno and Habanero peppers with Kimchi Brine, which is all the liquid gold left from Kimchi(cabbage, daikon, apple, carrot, salt, garlic, ginger, green onion) We source the Kimchi Brine from a local business and buddy of ours, Pangea Ferments, master of fermentation. Great all purpose sauce or perfect for any and all Asian dishes.

Meet the POG of hot sauce! This sauce is a homage to my Cuban roots. Fresh Guava and Passion Fruit puree, along with Habaneros and an orange vanilla white balsamic vinegar from a local olive oil shop, Drizzle, this sauce is like candy! Guava and Passion Fruit hit you first, followed by a slow lingering burn from the habaneros and a slight sweetness from something familiar but hard to place...that's the vanilla vinegar. Such a nice subtle undertone.
