This is the sauce you’ve been looking for. I saw El Fuego’s booth at the Bellingham farmers market and figured I’d give a local hot sauce a try. I just asked for something “not too hot” that would be good on pork tacos, and homegirl delivered in a big way. It has a little heat, yes, but the dominant flavor comes from the Serrano peppers, the habañeros (fear not, these are on the mild side for habs), and a touch of lime. SO MUCH FLAVOR per ounce. This is better than any green salsa you’ve had at a taco truck and will take your taco game to the next level. At $8/bottle, it’s a steal.
