Sweet local ripe raspberries, a splash of Rosé wine and a very mild, subtle heat at the end that never gets too uncomfortable-it really is summer in a bottle! Great on soft cheeses like Brie, perfect as a salad dressing mixed with a little oil, and great on pork. The name says it all-if you like raspberries and Rosé, this sauce is for you!
This one's for my chile heads! This sauce has some serious depth and layers to it. At first the taste of fresh, sweet strawberries dance on your tastebuds before you start to feel your tongue tingle. Then you get a round house kick of fuego as the Thai and Habanero peppers begin to creep in.
I'm excited to share this sauce with you guys as I feel I've found an excellent balance of flavor and heat for those who like it MUY CALIENTE! Don't let the strawberries fool you though, this sauce is for professionals only.
