Great all purpose sauce or perfect for any and all Asian dishes.
Meet the POG of hot sauce! This sauce is a homage to my Cuban roots. Fresh Guava and Passion Fruit puree, along with Habaneros and an orange vanilla white balsamic vinegar from a local olive oil shop, Drizzle, this sauce is like candy! Guava and Passion Fruit hit you first, followed by a slow lingering burn from the habaneros and a slight sweetness from something familiar but hard to place...that's the vanilla vinegar. Such a nice subtle undertone.
Sweet pineapple followed by the heat of thai and jalapeño peppers and a refreshing citrus finish. This sauce is perfect for those who like their sweet chili sauces a little spicier. Great with fried rice, stir fry, egg rolls, chicken wings, cream cheese dip, glaze for baked ham, & pizza, if pineapple on your pie is your thing!
