Sweet local ripe raspberries, a splash of Rosé wine and a very mild, subtle heat at the end that never gets too uncomfortable-it really is summer in a bottle! Great on soft cheeses like Brie, perfect as a salad dressing mixed with a little oil, and great on pork. The name says it all-if you like raspberries and Rosé, this sauce is for you!

Meet the POG of hot sauce! This sauce is a homage to my Cuban roots. Fresh Guava and Passion Fruit puree, along with Habaneros and an orange vanilla white balsamic vinegar from a local olive oil shop, Drizzle, this sauce is like candy! Guava and Passion Fruit hit you first, followed by a slow lingering burn from the habaneros and a slight sweetness from something familiar but hard to place...that's the vanilla vinegar. Such a nice subtle undertone.

We were lucky enough to get some red serranos this year from a local farm which means these peppers were left to mature a bit longer allowing them to develop a more earthy, semi-sweet, slightly hotter flavor.
