This sauce is savory and funky yet fresh with the combination of Fresno and Habanero peppers with Kimchi Brine, which is all the liquid gold left from Kimchi(cabbage, daikon, apple, carrot, salt, garlic, ginger, green onion) We source the Kimchi Brine from a local business and buddy of ours, Pangea Ferments, master of fermentation. Great all purpose sauce or perfect for any and all Asian dishes.
Same great award winning recipe as the original (green) Serrano sauce but with riper serranos. We were lucky enough to get some red serranos this year from a local farm which means these peppers were left to mature a bit longer allowing them to develop a more earthy, semi-sweet, slightly hotter flavor.
