Flavorful Serrano Peppers along with the simple combination of garlic and lime are what make this sauce the perfect balance of flavor and heat. It's a great addition to any meal, but a few of my favorites are chicken salad, oysters, black beans, eggs, tuna, sandwiches, and Mexican food.

This sauce is savory and funky yet fresh with the combination of Fresno and Habanero peppers with Kimchi Brine, which is all the liquid gold left from Kimchi(cabbage, daikon, apple, carrot, salt, garlic, ginger, green onion) We source the Kimchi Brine from a local business and buddy of ours, Pangea Ferments, master of fermentation. Great all purpose sauce or perfect for any and all Asian dishes.
