Similar to an Asian style sweet chili sauce, I like to call this a pourable pepper jelly.

This sauce is savory and funky yet fresh with the combination of Fresno and Habanero peppers with Kimchi Brine, which is all the liquid gold left from Kimchi(cabbage, daikon, apple, carrot, salt, garlic, ginger, green onion) We source the Kimchi Brine from a local business and buddy of ours, Pangea Ferments, master of fermentation. Great all purpose sauce or perfect for any and all Asian dishes.
Blackberries give this sauce a sweet smell as well as taste, but don't be fooled because the heat is not far behind and when it hits your tongue it makes you crave another bite. Needless to say it can be a bit addicting. This delicious sauce is only around for a limited time. Goes great with chicken, fish, cream cheese and crackers, eggs, on sandwiches, and in cocktails to name a few.
If Bellingham summers were a hot sauce they'd be the Raspberry Rosé! Sweet local ripe raspberries, a splash of Rosé wine and a very mild, subtle heat at the end that never gets too uncomfortable-it really is summer in a bottle! Great on soft cheeses like Brie, perfect as a salad dressing mixed with a little oil, and great on pork. The name says it all-if you like raspberries and Rosé, this sauce is for you!
