We were lucky enough to get some red serranos this year from a local farm which means these peppers were left to mature a bit longer allowing them to develop a more earthy, semi-sweet, slightly hotter flavor. This stuff is seriously delicious. One of maybe two sauces I’ve ever had that were so good I couldn’t resist sipping straight from the bottle. Perfect amount of heat too. Still packs a punch while allowing the heat and sweet to come through.
